System overview

本系统基于水泥生产现场数据采集，面向全厂总生产过程的监控系统，实现生产过程监控管理一体化，使全厂的智能生产与先进管理有机结合，而且对提高产量、稳定质量、降低能耗等具有重要意义。

Based on field data collection of cement production, the system is a monitoring system faced on the whole production process of the plant. It integrates production process monitoring and managing, which means organic integration of intelligent production and advance management of the whole plant. What is more, it will be a great importance on enhancing output, stabilizing quality and reduce energy consumption.

对企业的生产线进行数据采集，并生成各类统计报表，包括设备运转、设备维护、产量、原材料消耗等。并可根据企业自身的需求定制各类报表。

Making data collection on the production line, and creating various statistics statement, including equipment operation, equipment maintenance, output, raw materials consumption etc. In addition, it can customize various reports according to enterprise’s own demands.
