System overview

设备巡检管理系统常用于发电、水泥、化工、钢铁、变电站、输变电等行业，通过定点定时的对设备周期性巡视来预防设备故障发生。对于设备密集型企业，设备部件繁多，任何一个部件出现问题都有可能影响设备的正常运行，异常停机都会给企业运营带来巨大损失。因此，通过连续不间断的人工巡检，对设备出现的异常情况进行及时处理，避免设备故障或缺陷的发生，是企业常用的管理手段。

Inspection management system of equipments is commonly used in industries of electricity generation, cement, chemical, steel, transformer substation, power transmission and transformation. It prevents equipment from failures by timed and fixed periodic patrol inspection on equipments. As for equipment-intensive enterprise, there’re numerous and diverse of equipment parts. Normal operation of equipments may be affected if any one of the parts goes wrong. Cancel closedown will lead to huge loss for enterprise operation. Therefore, continuous manual patrol inspection without interruption is a common management tool for enterprise because it can dispose the abnormal conditions of the equipments in time to avoid equipment failures or defects.

纵观国内的设备巡检系统要不设计复杂，操作复杂。很多功能在实际使用中实用性不大，手持机操作人性化设计不足，导致现场操作过程繁琐。另一种是从巡更系统升级为巡检管理，软件功能受硬件设备限制，不能充分满足用户需求，而且由于数据专业化分析不足，系统提供给用户的管理决策有限。Patrol

It is quite evident that design of domestic equipment patrol inspection system is complex and complicated to operate. Many functions are impractical in actual use, and manual manipulator operations are lack of humanization design. These deficiencies lead to complex operation process in site. As for another condition: patrol system upgrades to inspection management. In this condition, software function is limited to hardware device, cannot fully satisfy users’ requirements. Furthermore, system will supply users with limited management decisions because of insufficient specialization analysis of data.

System composition

系统由后台管理软件（B/S绿色软件）、工业android手持机（附带设备巡检设备）、射频信息卡组成。

The system is composed of background administrative software (B/S green software), industrial android hand held set (attach with equipment inspecting device) and radio frequency info card.

后台管理软件完成巡检点基础信息、巡检路线、巡检计划等设置，同时完成巡检记录查询、到位率统计、设备参数图表分析、漏检统计、巡检考核及其它统计分析功能等。

Background administrative software is responsible for setting basic information of inspection point, inspecting routing, and inspecting plan, furthermore, it will complete inspection record query, arrival rate statistics, equipment parameters diagram analysis, missing inspection statistics, patrol inspection assessment and other statistical analysis function.

射频信息卡用来标识现场不同的巡检点。

Radio frequency info card is used for identifying diverse patrol inspection point.

手持巡检仪采用Android系统的工业级机型，结实耐用。除手机基本功能外，还具有条码、RFID识别、WIFI通讯、拍照等功能,同时实现与测温仪、测振仪的无缝集成。

Hand held inspection tour instrument adopts Android, which is industrial grade. It’s solid and durable. In addition to the basic function of mobile phone, it is provided with barcode, RFID identification, WIFI communication and camera. It can also realize seamless integration with thermo detector and vibrometer.

Ø 新一代的设备巡检系统设计简洁，采用纯B/S架构设计，通过简单的几个excel模板导入即可完成初始化过程，无需漫长的实施过程；

Ø The new equipment inspecting system adopts a simple design. It takes B/S structure. It can be initialized just by leading-in several simple excel templates, without long-time executing process.

Ø 采用兼容的工业Android机作为手持式巡检仪，具有RFID标签和条码识别，无缝集成多种智能设备巡检设备，同时支持现场拍照、WIFI、3G通讯等功能；
